By using our GoCollect system (including but not limited to downloading, viewing, or registering on our mobile apps, desktop apps, and website), you are agreeing that any information you upload into our system gives GoCollect full ownership and rights of that information. If full ownership transfer is not legal in your location, you grant GoCollect a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.

• The information in the GoCollect system is for viewing only and is not for use beyond that, including but not limited to publishing, selling, advertising, marketing, or sublicensing.
• If you upload copyrighted, trademarked, or patented information, you are liable for any legal action taken against that information.

• GoCollect has the right to remove any information and/or user accounts at its sole discretion.
• Unauthorized data scraping, mining, or extraction will result in account termination and legal action.
• By using GoCollect services, you agree that legal disputes will be handled by an arbitrator selected by GoCollect, and you waive the right to sue in court.
• GoCollect may email you updates; you can opt-out via the Unsubscribe link in emails.
• The GoCollect system is provided “as is,” with no representations or warranties.
• In no event shall GoCollect or its employees be liable for anything arising from your use of the system.
• You indemnify GoCollect from any liabilities, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for protecting your information.
• GoCollect may assign or subcontract rights; you may not do so without consent.
